Ace Marks is a direct-to-consumer premium Italian shoemaker that set out to make luxury footwear more affordable while reducing shopper anxiety around sizing and checkout. After finding their previous financing solution misaligned with their brand and customer needs, Ace Marks chose Splitit’s installment payment solution as a less intrusive, checkout-native option that could fit their made-to-order operations and appeal to their savvy shoppers.

Splitit implemented an installment-payments flow promoted across Ace Marks’ site, emails, A/B tests and cart-abandonment campaigns (including “try it before you buy it” messaging). The partnership delivered measurable gains: average order value rose by 10%, overall conversions doubled since adding Splitit, and a Splitit-focused cart abandonment email achieved a 10% click-through rate and 2.7% conversion — with the share of Splitit payments doubling over the holiday period.
