Swedbank adopted Split feature flags across dozens of teams (40+ using Split) to decouple deployments from feature releases, enable canary and percentage rollouts, and automate continuous delivery. The change increased developer confidence and velocity, tripled front‑end release cadence, supported safer monthly back‑end releases, and made it easier to test in production and respond quickly to customer needs.
