Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS) runs ProShop, a customizable storefront that helps small and medium businesses order branded materials. In 2019 the 25‑engineer team needed to accelerate feature rollouts and start A/B testing at scale, but their homegrown release system lacked end‑to‑end control, fine targeting, easy management, and built‑in experiment measurement.

VCS adopted Split for feature flags and experimentation, using the .Net server‑side SDK and putting >90% of changes behind flags. Percentage rollouts and rich targeting (account, title, geography) let them safely test and kill features in minutes while tracking key metrics (page load, conversion, exit). Results included higher conversion in a 50/50 experiment, increased average order value from targeted messaging, faster inventory rollouts by country during COVID, and generally faster, safer, and more measurable product launches.
