Splio powers mobile customer engagement for Fnac on Google Pay

Fnac Darty, a large French retail chain, sought to digitize its premium paid loyalty program to modernize customer relationships and increase in-store engagement. They partnered with the vendor Splio, an official Google Pay partner, to integrate their program into the Google Pay app.

Splio implemented a solution to digitize the loyalty card and deploy it through an omnichannel campaign. This gave members real-time access to their loyalty information and offers directly within Google Pay. The integration resulted in a 46% increase in new Android users and a 12% improvement in customer retention on Android. Beyond these metrics, Fnac Darty also observed that members using Google Pay had a higher average cart value and increased purchase frequency.
