PETstock, a 100% Australian, family-owned pet retail business, needed a lighter and more cost-effective remote support tool for its IT team. After using TeamViewer for many support tasks, the team found it expensive, resource-heavy, and difficult to manage, especially when deploying updates and configurations. They turned to Splashtop Enterprise for remote support with SSO integration.

With Splashtop, PETstock was able to migrate smoothly from TeamViewer by deploying the Splashtop Streamer through its RMM tool and disabling TeamViewer at the same time. Splashtop provided the features PETstock needed, including remote access, multi-monitor support, file transfer, and Azure-based SSO for 25 technicians supporting about 1,200 clients. As a result, PETstock reported smoother operations, improved reliability, and a 20% cost savings after switching to Splashtop.
