With Splashtop Remote Support, Groupe Delta gained attended SOS support for unmanaged devices, quick access via a simple session code, and the ability to support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices on demand. Splashtop filled the gap in their Datto setup, improved technician efficiency and user satisfaction, and did so at roughly half the cost of similar solutions—allowing Groupe Delta to nearly double its number of licenses.
