Henmores, a premium country retailer, wanted to create an authentic brand ambassador community to build loyalty with its top customers but lacked a centralized way to manage it. They turned to the vendor Spitche to implement an ambassador program to address this challenge.
Using the Spitche platform, Henmores was able to centralize communication and rewards for its ambassadors. After three months, the program generated over 1,500 engagement actions on Facebook and Instagram and recruited 47 brand ambassadors, allowing the team to efficiently build authentic relationships and re-use valuable user-generated content.
