Auto Now, a small business in the automotive and transport industry, worked with Spireon to address two key challenges: reducing vehicle recovery time and quickly locating delinquent customers and vehicles. The company evaluated Spireon’s GoldStar GPS solution to improve its ability to manage risk and recover assets more efficiently.

Using Spireon’s GoldStar, Auto Now installed the system on 76–100% of its vehicles and found the Recovery Link feature especially valuable. As a result, Auto Now significantly reduced delinquencies and vehicle recovery time, significantly increased vehicle sales and return on capital, and expanded the number of buyers it could extend credit to.
