A major telecommunications services provider was facing constant customer complaints regarding the quality of its WiMAX, ADSL, and LTE services. Spirent implemented a comprehensive, automated testing solution utilizing Spirent TestCenter Virtual, Spirent Avalanche Virtual, and Spirent iTest software. This included deploying mini-PCs across 20 sites and a centralized dashboard for reporting. The results were significant: the provider moved from having no network-wide testing to conducting daily automated KPI tests.
