Harcourts Packham, the largest agency on the metropolitan coast of South Australia with over 20 real estate professionals, needed a way to better link its network of offices around the Adelaide metro coast and foothills, maintain a culture of fun and high standards, and increase accountability and KPI awareness across the team. To address this, they deployed Spinify’s real-time performance dashboard and leaderboard tools.
Spinify implemented live dashboards and leaderboards that deliver instant feedback as data changes, simplifying performance management and recognition. After about three months of use, Harcourts Packham reports anecdotal improvements—agents are more aware of overall activity, push to get their office to the top of the leaderboard, and managers find it easier to acknowledge top performers—though ROI has not yet been formally quantified.
