Global Payments, a payment services provider with about 25,000 e‑commerce customers and large inbound/outbound call centers, needed a way to keep reps consistently engaged and focused on the lead indicators that drive sales and onboarding performance. To address this, Global Payments partnered with Spinify to surface real‑time activity metrics from Salesforce (leads, opportunities, applications and custom objects) where teams could see them instantly.
Spinify implemented its channels function to show targeted leaderboards and messages on 70 office TVs—separate displays for Sales and Onboarding—syncing Salesforce activity fields in real time. The result: 30x more interaction with the deals leaderboard than with Salesforce reports, reps check the leaderboard 20–30 times per day (doubling at month‑end) versus Salesforce only every few days, and overall staff engagement and focus on activity levels increased as immediacy and visibility drove competitive action.
