To make prospecting more fun and transparent, Touchtown deployed Spinify’s gamification tools—including Spinify Leaderboards and a Salesforce integration that triggers instant recognition (custom songs) and displays live leaderboards on office screens.

Spinify implemented leaderboards, real‑time recognition and integrations so metrics are visible to the whole team, cultivating friendly competition and collaboration. As a result, Touchtown quickly gained traction on its 2018 goals: greater transparency into key metrics and a measurable uptick in sales activity driven by the competitive, motivating environment Spinify created.
