Punch! are Account-Based Marketing specialists based in Surrey, UK who in 2017 needed a more dynamic, stylish way to replace grubby office whiteboards and gain real-time visibility into people, projects and rewards. Director Annetta Snider selected Spinify’s leaderboard and gamification platform to provide an interactive, automatically updating solution that fit Punch!’s glossy office vibe and their need for transparent performance tracking.

Spinify implemented customizable leaderboards (for example showing only the top 10 or those with scores above zero), automatic updates across staff and client projects, and a “Punch! Points” rewards scheme (400 points = movie ticket, 2000 points = dinner) to track learning, wellness and results. The Spinify solution boosted visibility and transparency, drove staff competitiveness and engagement, and Punch! report growth in results and easier real-time management since adoption.
