Timms Real Estate, founded in 2011, needed a way to create consistent competition, accountability and visibility across its four offices. To solve this, the agency deployed Spinify’s leaderboard solution (the Settled Properties leaderboard) to track and display agent performance in real time.
Spinify’s leaderboard centralized performance data and made results visible to all offices, driving friendly competition and peer accountability; agents now check the leaderboard and actively try to overtake the top spot. According to Sales Manager Ainsley Cahoon, Spinify united the four offices, increased engagement and kept performance tracking fun, with agents explicitly responding by going out to beat the current top position.
