Spinify implemented configurable leaderboards integrated with TRG’s Salesforce data, surfacing up-to-date Service Revenue and Hardware Profit figures while respecting security constraints. The visible, competitive dashboards drove a culture change and measurable results — TRG saw approximately 35% growth in both metrics comparing Q1 2019 to Q1 2018 — along with clearer performance insight, recognition for high performers, and faster ramp-up for newer reps.
