The Regional Placement Office (RPO), an employment agency on the Swiss Riviera, faced the challenge of modernizing its office to improve the efficiency of handling job seekers and to ensure a respectful, informative welcome area. To address this, they selected SpinetiX and its professional-grade HMP350 digital signage player for a pilot project that integrated with their queue management system.
The implemented SpinetiX solution consisted of a digital display powered by an HMP350 player, which was integrated with ESII self-service kiosks. This provided job seekers with a seamless experience, displaying their queue number alongside public messages, informational videos, and the weather. The pilot was so successful that the RPO is now planning to deploy the SpinetiX solution across eight additional offices throughout Switzerland.
