Petronas Twin Towers - Customer Case Study

The Petronas Twin Towers management sought to enhance the visitor experience in their high-speed elevators, which were positioned in the building's core and offered no external views. Their challenge was to create a realistic, synchronized view of the ascending and descending scenery that was reliable, safe, and could also play traditional music. They selected SpinetiX and its HMP200 media players to implement this innovative solution.

SpinetiX installed nine HMP200 units, each controlling a portion of a full HD display inside the elevators. These units played video footage synchronized with the elevator's movement, tricking visitors into believing they were seeing a real view and providing entertainment by showcasing the magnificent scenery of Kuala Lumpur. This solution from SpinetiX successfully enhanced the image of the Petronas Twin Towers and significantly improved the visitor experience.
