The customer Citrus Training faced operational inefficiencies and growth restrictions due to an obsolete legacy system built on an Access database, which was at risk of critical failure. Spinbox developed a micro-services application hosted on Azure, with Umbraco CMS at its heart for content management and eCommerce. The solution provided platform stability with two-way data synchronization and led to a huge uplift in online bookings and eCommerce transactions, significantly reducing the internal staff workload.
