U.S. Army SHARP Tracks & Visualizes Initiative Effectiveness with Spider Impact

The U.S. Army SHARP program office needed to replace its aging ICRS case-tracking system, which had become expensive to maintain, depended on multiple certified servers and a large support team, and lacked strong reporting and data visualization. Spider Strategies provided Strategy.mil Apps, a no-code platform built on Spider Impact, to modernize the Army’s sexual harassment and assault case management process.

With Spider Strategies, the Army deployed a new ICRS app that supports real-time search and filtering across 16,000+ cases, built-in charts and reports, and quick updates to forms and logic without custom development. The migration eliminated about $1.2 million in annual costs, including $290,000 in infrastructure and $875,000+ in personnel expenses, while reducing the support model from 12 staff to 8 and adding no extra licensing cost.
