HairClub, a retail company with 1,375 employees, 600K+ clients, and 117 locations, wanted to improve business performance by aligning teams around its strategy and better measuring how each employee contributed to client success. Spider Strategies helped HairClub implement Spider Impact through a free trial, Jump Start package, training videos, and a rollout that began with five licenses and expanded to 120 total users in management. HairClub built center-level scorecards across the organization, added dashboards, customer surveys, and Net Promoter scores, and gained clearer visibility into performance across locations, making it easier to identify underperforming centers, improve coaching, and strengthen business metrics and employee alignment.
