Beautynet expands development streams with Spicerack and streamlines customer portal delivery

Spicerack partnered with Beautynet, which required an experienced development partner to design and build a bespoke client portal. This portal needed to enable Beautynet's customers to view offers and interact with the sales team throughout the ordering process.

The Spicerack solution involved mapping customer journeys and creating a refined UX/UI design, followed by building the platform using Vue.JS and a microservices architecture with Auth0 integration. They created a bridging API for existing systems and a new Laravel-based API. Spicerack's work helped Beautynet broaden its development pipeline, bridge internal skill gaps, and adapt to project demands. This enabled Beautynet to provide a more complete customer service while optimizing its internal workflows.
