Public University, a century-old institution, selected SpiceCSM to address an antiquated, hard-to-expand tracking system and to better support its student population and application processing. SpiceCSM was chosen as an All‑in‑One CRM to consolidate multiple data sources into a single interface and to modernize student support without replacing the university’s existing systems.
SpiceCSM delivered a unified UI that leverages the university’s existing proprietary database (no rip-and-replace), integrates NICE inContact for inbound/outbound telephony, and embeds Microsoft Outlook inboxes so agents can create and manage cases from email within the CRM. The implementation streamlined student support and application workflows, reduced system complexity, and improved agent efficiency; the case study reports these qualitative improvements but does not provide specific quantitative metrics.
