Google Calendar needed a way to make scheduling easier for agents without forcing them to switch between systems. SpiceCSM’s SpiceX integration aimed to bring Google Calendar into the CRM and guided processes, creating a more streamlined and accessible scheduling experience.
Using SpiceX, Google Calendar was embedded directly into the CRM so agents could view, create, and delete meetings from a unified interface. SpiceCSM also enabled meeting data to be logged in the CRM for analytics and workflow automation, reducing tab switching and manual copy-pasting while improving day-to-day productivity.
