The customer, University Cowork, a business development center in Chicago, needed to offer digital mail handling and virtual office services to its members under its own brand without any reference to a third-party provider. They required a seamless user interface across multiple locations, integration with their own billing system, and full control over their profit margins. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor SphereMail for its Premium White Label account option.
SphereMail provided its white label solution, which masked all of its own branding from the customer-facing portal and subscription pages. This allowed University Cowork to quickly deploy a rebranded service and connect it to their existing billing system. The solution gave the client full control over their pricing and profit margins while also providing them with global reporting capabilities to effectively manage their multi-location operations.
