SPHERE Technology Solutions was brought in to help assess and reduce this risk using its SPHEREboard identity hygiene platform.

SPHERE Technology Solutions used SPHEREboard for a three-phase remediation program: discover, remediate, and sustain. The platform inventoried SharePoint sites and permissions, exposed inherited and overly broad access, cleaned up stale sites and orphaned accounts, flattened nested AD groups, and added rollback and change-management support for safer remediation. As a result, Leading Growing Bank gained better control over SharePoint access, reduced security and compliance risk, and moved toward an evergreen state of identity hygiene with ongoing entitlement reviews and least-privilege automation.
