Sphere Partners developed a recruiting SaaS data platform called Growth Multiplier for their client Compass Mortgage. The challenge was that Compass Mortgage needed to integrate this platform with their Salesforce and Jungo CRM systems to automate the transfer of loan officer contact data, which was previously a manual and time-consuming process.
The solution implemented by Sphere Partners involved creating an integration that added a button within the Growth Multiplier platform to push hundreds of records directly into Salesforce. This significantly reduced the manual data entry workload, allowing 500 records to be transferred in seconds instead of minutes per record. As a result, Sphere Partners enabled Compass Mortgage's recruiters to access better insights, improve targeting, and work more efficiently within their CRM environment.
