Drom Fragrances, a global fragrance manufacturer represented in 43 countries, faced mounting regulatory and customer demands to provide accurate safety data and labeling across REACH, CLP and IFRA regimes while operating on seven disparate systems. To centralize and standardize product compliance, Drom selected Sphera’s Intelligent Authoring software as part of its Product Stewardship Solution.

Sphera implemented Intelligent Authoring and managed regulatory content to automate multi‑lingual SDS and label creation, consolidate seven systems into one, and standardize chemical names, measures and calculations across sites. The Sphera solution saved an estimated 8–10 weeks of data‑cleansing effort (reducing work to about 100 hours/2.5 weeks), improved transparency and compliance, enabled ERP interfaces for supply‑chain data, and helped Drom proactively address regulatory changes to maintain and expand market access.
