Spendgo Helps DRNK & QWENCH Launch Loyalty Program

DRNK & QWENCH, a Los Angeles-area quick-service beverage company operating DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar, needed a better way to launch a customer rewards program. The team had already tried several loyalty approaches but struggled with cumbersome checkout processes, weak integrations, and limited support, and they wanted a more effective marketing strategy that could help convert and retain customers.

Spendgo provided a POS system-agnostic in-store digital marketing and loyalty solution that let customers enter a phone number or email on a tablet at checkout to earn and redeem rewards. With Spendgo integrated into the POS and supported by robust tracking and reporting, DRNK & QWENCH saw strong results: 84,000 members across 10 stores, loyalty members accounting for 51% of transactions overall and 70% at top locations, 96% of rewards redeemed, 91% repeat monthly members, up to 400 new members per location each month, and a 16% increase in average ticket for loyalty members year over year.
