OnTheGo is a cloud-first accounting practice serving startups, small businesses and sole traders that was struggling with slow receipt and invoice collection, fragmented finance processes, hard-to-manage subscriptions and slow staff reimbursements. To solve these issues they adopted Spendesk’s spend-management platform — using virtual cards, receipt capture and the Spendesk–Xero integration to bring discipline and visibility to their finance workflows.

Spendesk delivered simple, automated receipt collection, virtual cards for recurring subscriptions and parking, multi-step approvals and a direct Xero integration that automates bookkeeping — helping OnTheGo save around 2 days per month in admin. Spendesk’s reminders and controls improved receipt turnaround and subscription visibility, sped up reimbursements, and are now being rolled out to clients to extend the same efficiencies.
