Habito, an online mortgage broker and lender (51–200 employees), struggled with hard-to-track company credit cards, a heavy volume of employee spending queries, slow reimbursement processes and the extra friction of going fully remote. To solve this, Habito adopted Spendesk’s spend-management platform, including disposable virtual cards, subscription cards and mobile employee expense reimbursements.
Spendesk centralized payments, approvals and integrations (Slack, NetSuite), giving teams autonomy while reducing finance admin. As a result, Habito rolled out 66 active subscriptions on Spendesk, eliminated Expensify, sped up reimbursements, and cut reporting time to 1 day—saving the finance team 24 days per month and freeing staff to focus on strategic work.
