Evaneos, a Paris-based booking marketplace that connects travellers with local agencies, was struggling to control growing operational spending: teams shared a few physical credit cards, more than 50% of proofs of purchase were missing, and finance spent two–three days per month manually matching statements and chasing receipts. To address this, Evaneos turned to Spendesk’s expense management platform, using virtual and prepaid cards, request-and-approval workflows, and automated reminders.

Spendesk rolled out individual Spendesk accounts, dedicated virtual/prepaid cards, role-based spending limits, automated approval rules and receipt reminders, and centralised expense capture. As a result Evaneos now captures receipts for 100% of transactions, closes month‑end 4x faster, saves about 2–3 days per month on bank reconciliation, halves processing time at month end, and avoided higher accounting fees despite company growth.
