Saptools boosts international communication with Speexx and achieves 81% subsidy

Saptools, a Spanish IT consultancy specializing in SAP projects, faced low staff engagement with language training during its international expansion. They needed an accessible online solution for English and French that could be used across all devices and that qualified for training subsidies from Fundae. They partnered with language training provider Speexx, using the Speexx platform and Speexx Manager for monitoring.

Speexx provided a personalized program with virtual classes and an online platform. Through comprehensive tracking with Speexx Manager and regular follow-ups, the project achieved high engagement. Results included 52 virtual classes held and 85% of users becoming "Champions." Users advanced more than one CEFR level on average, and the program received an 81% subsidy from Fundae, validating the investment and supporting Saptools' international growth.
