Kuehne+Nagel drives 5,000+ hours of language learning with Speexx

Kuehne+Nagel Italy, a division of the global logistics and transportation company, partnered with vendor Speexx to enhance its employees' language skills. The challenge was to provide equal opportunities for the entire team to develop these skills, with a specific focus on English for Freight Forwarding and Italian for non-native speakers, in order to foster greater inclusion and boost work efficiency.

The solution implemented by Speexx involved providing a modular platform for online language training, which included the Speexx Core product and premium courses. This initiative resulted in over 800 employees being actively involved and more than 5,000 hours of self-learning being completed. Speexx's language program became a key driver for attracting new talent and was reported to significantly boost employees' personal and professional growth through improved communication.
