Eberspächer, a global developer and supplier to the automotive industry, faced the challenge of providing accessible digital language training to its 10,000 employees worldwide. A key hurdle was ensuring all staff, including those without access to the corporate Learning Management System (LMS), could participate. They partnered with vendor Speexx to find a solution that supported multiple languages and was highly automated to minimize administrative effort.

The solution from Speexx included a seamless integration with the existing LMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, and a dedicated registration portal for employees without system access. This ensured a global rollout where all employees had equal opportunity for language learning. As a result, over 1,500 employees have joined the program, with registration sources split evenly between LMS and portal users, demonstrating successful, inclusive engagement across the company.
