A Speero Case Study
Speero worked with Decathlon Switzerland to address the challenge of scaling its fledgling experimentation program. As a lower-traffic domain, Decathlon needed a more strategic approach to maximize the impact of its A/B testing, moving beyond a glass ceiling of limited traffic bandwidth to improve test quality and drive business value.
The solution involved Speero establishing an end-to-end experimentation process from the ground up. This included using a test bandwidth calculator, creating a goal tree map, and conducting ResearchXL model analysis to identify and prioritize key focus areas. By implementing a structured strategy with different testing streams and using the PXL framework for prioritization, Speero increased the quality and impact of tests. The results included a fully established testing program for Decathlon Switzerland that continues to run successfully two years later.
