Building a solid partnership to grow an experimentation program

The British multi-channel clothing retailer Charles Tyrwhitt had a desire to scale its experimentation program but was limited, executing only two tests per year and lacking the internal expertise. Speero established a strong remote-working partnership through weekly meetings and deep-dive research initiatives. This collaborative approach helped the internal team gain confidence and learn to run their own tests. The program's velocity increased dramatically from two tests per year to between 5-10 per month. Speero helped embed experimentation into the company culture, giving it a strategic seat at the table and enabling the internal team to eventually bring test design and development in-house.
