Paytree, a financial company offering non-banking financial solutions, sought to implement a competitive Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service to provide their customers with flexible payment options for bills and services. They partnered with the vendor Speednet to develop their BNPL product, named Payka.

Speednet implemented the Payka service using a team extension model, providing five backend developers to work alongside Paytree's internal team. The solution featured a fully automated and secure online payment process integrated with the Blue Media payment gateway. This implementation connected Payka with 19 service providers and earned Paytree a "Loan Magazine Innovation of the Year" award, significantly enhancing their competitive position in the fintech market.
