With the SpeedGauge API, Heniff imported incident reports into a custom scorecard tied to PeopleNet, TMW, and HOS data, enabling safety managers to coach drivers and issue warnings when needed. The program also tied safe driving to a monthly bonus, and more than 70% of drivers receive that safety bonus each month, showing measurable impact on both accountability and safety performance.
