A Speed Case Study
Bringin, a European Bitcoin startup, faced the challenge of onboarding new users to its BTC-to-Euro off-ramp service, which required a separate sign-up process that created friction for users of existing Bitcoin wallets. To reach a larger base of Bitcoin-centric users across Europe and make the off-ramping experience feel native, Bringin partnered with Speed to use its Mini App product.
Speed implemented a hosted Mini App inside its wallet, allowing European users to access Bringin's off-ramp directly within the app. This solution provided a seamless experience with embedded onboarding, eliminating the need for users to switch between apps. The results for Bringin were significant, including a 35% increase in EUR withdrawal volume and 28% of Speed's active European users engaging with the service. Support tickets related to onboarding also dropped by 40%.
