Wansbroughs Solicitors, a Wiltshire law firm serving clients across England and Wales, needed to modernise its dictation and transcription processes. The firm was still relying on analogue tape recorders and longhand transcription, which created backlogs, delayed remote working files, and made it difficult to plan transcription workloads. SpeechWrite Digital was brought in to provide SpeechWrite Enterprise and SpeechWrite Voice.

SpeechWrite Digital implemented a centralized digital dictation and voice recognition setup across six Citrix servers, allowing staff to access files from any location and use mobile devices as digital recorders when working remotely. The rollout improved productivity, reduced costs, flattened the work profile, and removed the need for additional temporary holiday cover. Wansbroughs now has 58 SpeechWrite Enterprise users, with better audio quality and more efficient support across the firm.
