Parkway Medical Group, alongside Holmside Medical Group, needed to replace an obsolete Olympus digital dictation system and integrate a modern upgrade with their existing EMIS Web environment. As busy GP practices handling thousands of patients and time-sensitive confidential documentation, they required a secure, efficient digital dictation solution. SpeechWrite Digital implemented Philips SpeechExec Enterprise with EMIS Web integration, using SpeechMike 3 microphones and providing ongoing support. The new system encrypted and securely transferred files, imported patient details directly from EMIS to reduce errors, and improved dictation flow and status tracking for staff. The practices reported a quick turnaround and said the new technology made a significant difference to daily working efficiency.
