Booth Ainsworth LLP, a 50-year-established accountancy firm in Cheshire with 100 staff, needed to upgrade its digital dictation setup to work in a new Terminal Services environment and better support flexible, remote working. The firm was already using SpeechWrite Digital technology and wanted a solution that could integrate with its cloud-hosted system while continuing to use its existing Philips hardware.

SpeechWrite Digital implemented SpeechWrite Enterprise and Philips Digital PocketMemo voice recorders, with consultation, installation and training included. The new system integrated seamlessly with the Terminal Services environment, improved sound quality and remote accessibility, and helped Booth Ainsworth streamline working methods and maximise clerical resources; the customer said the system was “very reliable” and a noticeable improvement over previous Philips products.
