Abensons Solicitors, a Liverpool-based law firm with over 40 lawyers, paralegals and support staff, needed to replace its ageing analogue dictation system. With 40 lawyers dictating letters and legal agreements every day, the firm was facing frequent machine breakdowns, rising maintenance costs, and delays in getting documents transcribed.
