Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, led by Marketing Director Brian Robinson, needed a Digital Signage solution to boost customer engagement and communicate a wide range of offers—from leasing and finance to maintenance and repairs—across multiple touch points. They engaged Spectrio to provide a turnkey digital signage system for the dealership.
Spectrio deployed four screens (two in the showroom and two in fixed ops) with customizable messaging through its content library and CMS, allowing the dealership to upload assets and create promotions for finance offers and pre-owned inventory. The displays kept customers engaged—“this keeps customers in our showroom excited,” Brian said—and Spectrio’s solution measurably improved the overall dealership experience by delivering targeted, audience-specific content.
