Edwards Lubrication, Inc., a Jiffy Lube operator in the Pacific Northwest, needed a better way to engage and educate customers in the lobby because static corporate posters and counter-top ads were being overlooked. Spectrio was brought in to address this challenge, deploying its Service Menu Board and Waiting Room TV solutions across the four Jiffy Lube locations Edwards Lubrication manages.

Spectrio implemented bright HD Service Menu Boards and Waiting Room TV content, including a library of automotive videos and Jiffy Lube–branded materials, to bring promotional and educational messaging to life. The digital signage helped educate customers before conversations with Service Advisors, which Tim Gardner says has been “tremendously helpful for our sales process,” improving customer understanding of recommended repairs and increasing engagement across Edwards Lubrication’s four locations.
