Cackle Hatchery, a purebred poultry hatchery and retail storefront, needed a way to engage customers who often wait in-store and to quickly communicate promotions and health information. Spectrio’s creative team built a custom content library using Cackle Hatchery’s fonts and branding, installed an LED TV in the waiting room, and provided a web portal plus ongoing support for quick updates (for example, health alerts). The Spectrio digital wait board has increased customer engagement—visitors frequently comment or ask about content—has sparked more sales-floor conversations, and the hatchery expects a resulting lift in sales.
