Boulevard Tire Center - Customer Case Study

Boulevard Tire Center, led by Winford Greary, Manager of Retail Operations, is converting many of its 29 mostly-commercial sites into retail showrooms and needed a modern, professional, on‑brand customer experience that emphasizes education at the point of sale. To address that challenge they partnered with Spectrio and selected Spectrio Service Menu Boards.

Spectrio deployed its Service Menu Boards and CMS, letting Boulevard manage a single playlist across multiple locations and quickly add turnkey automotive videos from Spectrio’s content library. As a result, Boulevard plans to convert a location every 2–3 months and install Spectrio’s Digital Signage at each new retail site, delivering an improved showroom experience and stronger customer engagement at the point-of-sale.
