BAYADA Home Health Care (Bayada Nurses) needed a consistent, audience-specific way to communicate services, values and special programs to callers across service and support offices and to boost recruitment for initiatives like its Haiti volunteer campaign. To address this, BAYADA partnered with Spectrio to deploy on-hold messaging as a strategic outreach channel.
Spectrio implemented targeted on-hold campaigns with four script categories (adult, pediatric, full-service and support), quarterly message updates and content highlighting The Bayada Way and specific programs. The approach produced measurable impact: seven of 19 nurse volunteers for the Haiti relief effort reported learning about the opportunity from an on-hold message—the single largest referral source—while improving caller awareness of BAYADA services and consistent branding across locations.
