Saint Joseph Hospital, part of SCL Health in Denver, recently moved into a new 365‑bed facility and faced communication challenges from long corridors, departmental “pods,” and previous handsets that were fragile and lacked texting. To support real‑time care team collaboration and complement redesigned workflows, Saint Joseph evaluated several vendors and ran a nurse‑led pilot before selecting SpectraLink and its PIVOT™ 87‑Series clinical smartphones.
