SpecPage’s GTIN-Connector enables Eckes-Granini to automate master data exchange directly from SAP®

ECKES Granini Germany GmbH, a leading European producer of fruit drinks, faced the challenge of manually gathering and exchanging complex product master data to comply with EU food information regulations, a process that was slow and prone to error. To improve this, they turned to vendor SpecPage and implemented its GTIN-Connector, a SAP® add-on, to automate data preparation and validation.

SpecPage implemented its GTIN-Connector, which was integrated directly into ECKES Granini's SAP® system to automatically compile, validate, and publish product data to the 1WorldSync data pool. This solution substantially simplified master data management, minimized manual tasks, and improved data quality. The project was completed in five months, and ECKES Granini now uses it to manage 280 articles and 1,000 packaging units efficiently.
